Service terms

Updated 25 October 2026

Scope of the service

PaperX provides literature reading and tracking, paper and NSFC proposal writing, and online Qingyan searches. Index records provide research context. Application requirements should be checked against the relevant authority’s official notices.

Free searches

Accounts with a verified email receive 10 free searches / filter queries each day, resetting at 00:00 China Standard Time. Repeating identical conditions on the same day, paging and details do not count again. Reasonable request-rate limits apply.

Plans and demo orders

Paper writing and NSFC writing each offer monthly, quarterly and yearly terms. Only NSFC plans include project search without a daily limit. Current orders are demonstrations: they do not charge you or activate access. Purchasing will open after payment and plugin entitlement integration.

Account use

Use an email address that can receive verification codes and protect your password. Do not bypass quotas, create accounts in bulk or use the API to copy the index in bulk. Abnormal requests may be rate-limited or subject to account restrictions.

Research and writing

Researchers should check generated text against sources, data and their actual research. PaperX does not guarantee grant approval, publication acceptance or error-free model output. Host-platform model and service fees are not included in these plan prices.

Updates

These terms cover the current demo-payment and online-search stage. Payment, refund, operator and contact details will be specified before real purchasing opens. No automatic payment or renewal occurs before confirmation.
